[Mario Kart DS] Rally Night! Mon, Feb, 13th, 7PM EST!

Hey all, Ok well last week was Animal Xing, This time, Monday at 7PM EST, will be another rally, this time for Mario Kart!

So please RSVP, make sure Friend codes are listed so everyone can make sure your added.

Rules.

No Snaking!

Corner Drift Boosting will only be allowed in 4 player games. Since everyone will have shells etc to start chaotic fun.

1v1 Matches, no boosting other then shrooms. Clean race there.

Lets try to have a fun night with more 4 player action then anything else! =D

Please also try to be on forums to post since there is no chat in game.

If the time is bad, please say what time your around.

Everyone who can come and join in. Please do so, this way the more the merrier and means more active games for that night. =)

I don't think that Zx30 should be allowed to race in it.

Billy and anyone else, Leave Zx30 alone. He was the one that orig MADE NDS forums have a active WFC game!
Never forget that.

Also, No Zx30, 3 player games, maybe, but I rather not, just due to the fact that its still hard enough on 4 player games. Its not directed at you, because think of the MANY Mario Kart racers on WFC who ARENT on these forums who snake it up the ass. I dont know who is coming to this rally, so just a generic note to anyone. =)

Too bad we can't custimize the wi-fi matches. I despise blue spiked shells. They're annoying as heck. I don't think that i'll do it. Zx30 will pwn.

I think it's fine if you participate. Just don't do any of the things that got you a bad rep. in the 1st place. (e.g. snaking) Also, be someone that you're bad with.

I don't snake....I drift boost around corners bud..

I only snake against others snakers i match up with on Wi-fi matches.

Billy.. I played Zx30 enough to know him, he doesnt "snake" cheat, he boosts around corners, something I learned how to do as well.

Zx30 doesnt do what everyone assumes he does. He just doesnt make any mistakes. You know if you get a clean racer who doesnt touch offroad or bump a wall at ALL, while the other touched the wall once.. the game is all over. DS version is BAD when it comes to offroading and wall bumping, it sets you back soooo much.

So the real question you should ask Zx is, "Can you please stop racing flawlessly?" =p

Otherwise, Its my rally for NDS, and EVERYONE is invited. ;) Thats the fun of this night, get your ass kicked, whatever, its just for fun, toss a few shells out, have a good turnout, and everyone will be happy. =D

Zx will have a HARD time winning on a 4 player match.. cause everyone has shells if hes in 1st, so yea.. dont worry about it. =p

I agree with those Wall bumping/Off road statements...I like having alot of top speed but the top speed does not have much effect in this game. I sometimes see cars with little to no top speed pass me up..When i have 5x more top speed!

One more thing i hate is that this game is mostly now about Accel. If you hit a wall or get hit by anything, you instantly burst to top speed.(you can also take many shortcuts with accel cars.

Last thing, Weight has no impact online. Trust me.Get a skinny rider on Single player and race. Let DK or Bowser hit you, you Literally FLy off the level or crash VERY hard on the walls. I love DK for pushing others, but i can't do that online

As for racers, I want EVERYONE there, Zx30, Noobies, Vets, etc, I dont care how good or bad you are. This ISNT about leetness, its about a active night for NDS community to play together and just have fun! Please do not try to count Zx30 out because he is good. If no one else wants to play, thats fine. I know at 7pm I will play, and if its only Zx30 there, I guess we will have a wacky race. I know at one time, we didnt race, we just circled each other playing with the ? boxes trying to ram each other, shell each other etc.. Kinda did a "Battle" like mode in the normal race, QUITE fun!

No one says we cant do that on Rally night, call one race a "Battle mode" race, where you just sock em, bash em, etc run backwards, etc. =D

Could even play TAG mode. Where one person is is, The person who is "it" will go BACKWARDS to start around the track, everyone else forward. The goal? The person who is IT, has to ram someone, if rammed, they will become the person it. Try to chase after another.

There is SOOOO many ideas I have for fun.. so dont think I do things normal here. =p

Needless to say.. doesnt it sound like fun? =p

Thus yes.. I would like everyone to show up, post in forums once here as this is how you will know the game mode I am talking about before the game starts. =D
