That part is saying 9:00 -5.00 or 9:00 GMT -5. (5 hours behind Greenwich mean time)

If you're in CA in that timeszone, then it's 6:00 your time.

Looks like I wont be able to make it tonight. Didnt snow enough for them to close tonight(tho like every school in the city closed earlier today wish I still was in school =/) so I might have to go to work. I still have a few hours before work so Ill see what happens.
