It doesn't have to be QJ people only. Klaxon is in the clan and he doesn't post here.
If you know some solid players, tell them to come join in a player match with us, etc.
The forums are just the easiest way to communicate.
Um, I sent that guy a friend invite but he doesn't accept it, The guy were going to play against tomorrow, I also sent him a message but he hasn't replied back.

I think 14 or 16. I'd like to not have tryouts, but rather a session where we can guage the people's skill level and maybe reference a tiering system.
Tier 1 - Best Players
Tier 2 - Decent Players
Ties 3 - Need Improvement
This way we know not to make a challenge when only Tier 3 people are around, etc.
