Anyway, in that case I would just up my mines. On my 30 account, I have a level 20 metal, 18 crystal, and 12 duet. I can build up to battleships. Right now I have 4k points.
So, in your case, I would upgrade mines more. Make about 200 lls, and that will ward everyone off until you get out of noob protection.
Ok, ill be upgrading my crystal first. I cant get enough of the stuff >.<

Jeah... Got attacked by ranked 30 player from UFP.
My fleet came back at wrong time so i couldn't fleetsave over night. At least it wasn't a big fleet I guess. (I came out of newbie protection overnight and didn't know.)

i think the only people who have the fleet to do something like that are freshmilk, adiuvo, and leighton.
I can help do one, however I'll need some time to build the LFs. No nanite yet (even though I have the techs for the most part).

You can still attack moons. They have a giant fleet. Once a day they just send everything at me and wipe me out. I'm just done. I already deleted the account. Sorry mate.
