You should upgrade as it becomes available. It'll gain you more resources in the long run.

That's nice. I'm trying to build up a Large Cargo ship, but researching Combustion is hard. Level 4 research takes up 4800 Deut.....

Im waiting to go up to lvl 6. It takes 19200 Deut.

I found a planet with 20k deut on it, but is has some defense so I'll need to build up a fleet to take it out.

Damn. The large cargo can hold 25,000 compared the the small's sucky 5,000...
plus it has better firepower and shield, ect. I need to get me one of those...

Freshmilk's current TODO List:
- Raid Moose_Island, lol.
- Upgrade research lab to research espionage
- Research expionage (x2)
- Save up enough Duetrieum to research combustion (x1)
- Build Espionage Probe(s)
- Upgrade shipyard
- Research combustion (x3)
- Build large cargo

Thats all I've got for now.

Uhhh... Opps...
I feel really bad now-- I asked Mike to scan some planets, and he lost all his probes. He sent 20, costing 1k crystal each and lost every one of them. I didn't check the rating of the player, although I didn't realize I was meant to.

ARGH I have loads of metal and crystal but this ****ing deut is killing me! its like 10 hours till i can get 3 combustion...

So how am I doing guys? Should I be focusing on getting a fleet for raids, or should I be trying to upgrade the impulse drive and get a colony ship?
