I thought they didn't work in universe 31?

Anyway, for fleets that are defending your planet that aren't your own it gives duet to them.

1:297:10 is near just attacked me and his entire fleet was destroyed, there is over 200k in resources floating around me /hopes for moon.......anyways 1:297:10 has like no ships and has at least 150k resources so please attack him :)

In a few hours when some fleets return, I will be able to research Plasma Level 7, which will allow me to build the almighty Plasma Turret for defense. It's going to take a long time though.

OK, I need to build two more recyclers to pick up the debris from your ships orbiting. Once they are done, I am going to send a espionage probe to start a debris field and they will be on there way. The attack fleet will hit a few minutes before the recyclers arrive.
