40 rocket launchers, 10 light lasers, 6 heavy lasers, 3 gauss cannons, 3 ion cannons
Check out what I was able to pull in this morning in about 3 hours time:

Get more Geuss cannons than Ion cannons.
Don't go crazy with defenses at this stage. Just make it so your peers won't attack you.
The best defense is to fleet and resource save.
Once you break 5K in points, your defenses mean nothing to the stronger players. They can hit you with fleets so large that you would be destroyed in one round. Just keep low resources on your planets and keep your ships moving at all times because whatever you keep on your planet can and will be destroyed and then recycled by players looking for some quick resources.

Lulz. I've had one of my planets for more than a week now, and I've only jsut noticed it only has 58 fields... Damn.

@Eminent You have to do it though your fleet then input the planets cords and select debris field in the drop down menu.

When you click overview you see the points tab on the bottom? That's how many points you have. They control whether you're in noob protection from peple and you're rank.
When you spend one thousand in resources you get a point, when you lose a thousand, you lose a point.
Destroying a planet you've had for a week could really drop you down in the rankings :(
Its still quite a newby planet, but it has a shipyard and 4 large cargos. I'm gonna ship everthing away, first, so hopefully like 30 points.
Oh my god. I sent out my entire fleet that was on my home planet to my other colony with all my resources, then I was probing some planets and found some I wanted to attack so I recalled my fleet and its not showing them anymore. This is so stupid I had like 250k of resources with the fleet.

I have a big problem now...
I've raked in over 110,000 duet between all my planets and sent it to the furthest one away so that the guy next door doesn't raid me for it. Whats worse is that I have no way to spend it, meaning the problems just gonna grow, and I have no way of spending it.
Anyone intrested in trading at a rather cheap 2:1 ratio? Metal or crystal, I don't really mind. Just something that isn't duet will do me jsut fine. I'm off now, but feel free to drop me a PM with your offer.
Anyone know which planet he's hoarding all this so I can go raid it?

Level 7 Espionage isn't a problem. It's the fact that I have to sift through the planets that makes me not bother.Zitat:

I just abandoned another colony, I keep finding a lot of crappy ones, but my 5th colony is far far away, with noone in in my system, or even te neighboring systems for that matter. Oh. and a 200+ planet is nice too. The other good news is that I'm finally making battleships.
Is it possible to send a espionage probe to another galaxy? I keep getting the not enough cargo capacity error. If not, is there another way to espionage someone far away?
Not really, an espionage probe can only hold so much deuterium.
