I have come back as I have become seriously frustrated. TDU keeps locking up even though I'm running it on a good Vista computer. Personally I dislike Vista and think it would be better on XP, but none of my XP systems can play it. It mainly locks up right when it gets on a loading screen, but once it happened a second after I hit the pavement of my driveway. This is horrible as it happened about 6 times before I finally decided to just call for help here. Pleeease help me, I paid a lot of money for this game.

look for updated graphics drivers for your card, if not then I would dualboot xp on that system, it will probably work AND you'll get at least a 10 fps increase.

I am unable to because this is not my computer, it's my parents. the game won't run on my computer due to performance. So thus you can believe that I'm VERY restricted. I did suggest Dual booting with XP, but I was told back that this would slow the computer down because Vista is still on there anyway. This is true, isn't it?

The problem is fixed. The entire conversation is at the Atari forums, s o this thread is no longer necessary. I just had to delete radial.cdb.
