Well, My sister has this thing with eyes' so she wanted to now how to change the color of the eyes by using PhotoPlus. If you don't now how to do that on PhotoPlus then on PhotoShop. Is there a software better than these 2???

can "gimp" do wat u want?? i hear tat it is a gd alternative to photoshop...
Gimp is good too, and the only major advantage it has is that its open-source.Zitat:

Also, to can the color of the eye, just go around the eye with the pen tool or whichever fits you best, and copy the layer, and press ctrl+U and color away.
