Can I suggest another piece of software? http://www.irfanview.com/
Great image viewer and can do loads of image based stuff easily.
1) Install + Open program
2) Click File > Batch Conversion / Rename
3) Navigate to your folder and add all your files that you want to convert
4) Select your file format and select advanced options
5) Set your dimensions
6) Click Start
...and you are done :)
It is possible with Photoshop, but first you must record an action, which is a bit counter intuitive. Irfanview is a great program.
Now would this keep all of my photo's as seperate files or would it merge them into 1 large file?
Seperate files.
If you don't want to overwrite your existing files, specifiy a different output folder. I don't think it's possible to join files together with IrfanView.
ok, I just wanted an easy way to take 225 photos and resize them all while keeping them seperate.

Quick and easy... thanks a ton.
You just saved me about 1+ hours of my life. :D
That 1+ hour saved can come off the 2+ lost scanning ;)
Nice program Pope. Will come in very useful for when I do my uploading to Photobucket. Seeing as I usually upload in batches this means I don't have to resive individually before uploading.
Yes you can do it in Photoshop CS 2.Zitat:
Zitat von Euphoria
The procedure as follows:
File>Scripts>Image Processor.
then you will find the following:
1. Select the images in your HD
2. Select the location to be converted
3. The type of file to be save and the sizes
4. Your preferences
then click RUN.
Hope it helps.
I use this:
