If you read the patch notes we posted for Killzone 2's patch 1.28 carefully, you'll see that the upcoming third DLC pack for the game will feature a pair of new multiplayer maps. Today we got some more details about those maps as well as the special weapons available in the pack.
The DLC pack will contain Suljeva Cliffside, which lets players shoot at each other on the rocky outskirts of the Suljeva mining village; and Arctower Landing, which brings players back to the Arctower defense posts of Blood Meridian.
Both multiplayer maps will also feature a new weapon each: the VC1 Flamethrower and the Boltgun 4400, respectively. The Flamethrower's the "Napalm", the Boltgun's the "Cordite." Now the pack name makes sense.
Here's a video of them weapons in action. You'll be able to download the Napalm & Cordite DLC pack next week, on June 23. No price mentioned yet, but expect to shell out around US 5.99 for it.
