Just go download winrar simple.
Then if you want you can put them in zip files yourself :-P
And I want Jessica Alba, sadly we dont always get what we want.
Whats your problem with win rar anyways?
Im guessing you dont have WinRAR and even if you wanted it, you don't have admin installation privelages.
Well, errm ill help you out, tell me what you want, and dont give me some bull**** long list ok.
I had the same 'admin access' problem. I got around it by downloading a command line .exe file called 'unrar.exe'
If you google for it, you should be able to find it in someone's index somehwhere.. I don't have the link any more. Anyhow, find that executable file and download it to your pc.
First, to figure out how to use it, click 'start -> run' and type 'command' to bring up a DOS prompt.
Then, find the directory where you saved 'unrar.exe' using the DOS prompt.
Once your in the correct directory, type in 'unrar.exe' and it will display the command line options for unraring files. Once you've figured out which command line options you need to use, go back into your regular windows OS and plug in your PSP using USB cable. Drag and drop all of the .rar files you want unrared onto into the correct directory on your PSP along w/ the 'unrar.exe' file.
Now, pull up the DOS prompt window again, change your drive to the drive letter that was assigned to your PSP and type 'dir' to make sure all of the files made it. Once you've located the 'unrar.exe' and all of your .rar files, use the appropriate command line to unrar all your files to the correct directories. And that should do it.
I know my instructions are kind of vague.. but so am I.
erm a rar is basically the same as a zip you can download unrar and add it to winzip so it can unzip rar files (what i used YEARS ago) but yeah winrar is free and extracts juat about anything including iso's. Oh and MODS? i think this post is in the wrong place??
RAR is a standard and common compression format. To say "don't use RARs" is like saying "Don't use PHP, just use HTML".

dubuque doesn't have administrative access on his computer, and therefore can't install WinRAR. And windows comes with a default ZIP extractor, so he could use that. Hope that clears things up.
