Yeah your making sense. But I do think TO is making sense. Oh, and talking about how to run isos I do believe can be talked about, just not where to get them. I saw "adminstrator" post that somewhere.

I can say I am 100% certian that we will not ever allow ISOs, even that is above the heads of mods and forum admins. The webmasters of the site have decided not to allow this and their say is the only one that matters on this topic. We have got C&Ds before and hosting ISOs will certianly get us another.

Its not the matter of hosting ISO's, I think ISOs should be ripped and not shared or not used at all. This issue has gone off-topic wildly since the first post. I think we should have a say in some hot-button issues that consern the users. Thats is all im saying.

Im not saying host isos, I am saying follow your own policies and dont allow devhook. Dont make an exception, just because it does other stuff. I will go make an iso loader with a homebrew game built in, and it will have to be allowed here, because it does something else as well.

I think the iso policy is just fine here, but we should be allowed to link to non piracy related articles should be allowed to be linked to

The policies of QJ.NET and the QJ.NET Forums are not up for public debate, nor have they ever been. The reason for such is that the general forum users do not have the full picture of why certain decisions are made, nor do they require the full picture. We appreciate any feedback and will definitely entertain any comments or questions about policy, but not in an open setting.
