QJ Flash Competition Voting - Games/Apps

The following thread is for all the Flash Games entered into the competition, may the best one win! Please vote in the above poll (any user who creates additional accounts will be removed from competition). You can vote for your own game/app if you wish to, but be a good sport and vote for the best!

Here's a brief description of each one from me -

PSP Pro 1'sOMGFLASH is a simple (very simple) flash video that consists of text, some l33t speak, and just a few frames long. If anything – this does not fit under our categories for the contest, but I you would like to vote for this seeing how we got very few entries, feel free to do so. View Submission

Frenchb0yenius’s Space Invaders game – It works wonders on the PC, but on my Devhook emulated 2.70 PSP, it did not work very well (speed wise was slow and laggy). I’m not sure if this is the case with non-emulated firmware, but overall it is an excellent game if you can get the speed working on your PSP ! View Submission

Homer4’s Car Madness game – Wow, I love it – It’s the best one that I’ve played on the PSP yet, speed isn’t much of an issue either – simple yet fun View Submission

cubiCPixel Skateboarding game – Wow, the overall quality of the game is great, but speed can be improved (or maybe is it that I’m running devhook emulated 2.70?) View Submission

Ryogen’s Flash Monster – Alright, this wins my vote for best game. I loved it, heck I even loved the training of the pet! This is a very good game, top notch! View Submission

mitchelljm’s game – FART game – I was like WTF, lol rather funny – not much of a game, but you click buttons to have a guy fart View Submission

Dab-Hacker FMP – Flash Music Player – Don’t know why you would need this when you could play MP3 files straight from XMB ;) You can check our PSPU article on it in the front page for more info View Submission

OneEyedYak’s game – move the mouse around and do not hit the walls (4 levels)! It was rather fun, I love these types of games especially when there are no scary faces at the end of a level View Submission

Yes, I will do this tomorrow (was supposed to do it earlier, but I just haven't had the time). I'll most likely extend the voting a few days to see if we do get more from the article

yeah, Flash Monsters rocks, best psp flash game yet, but i wish they would fix space invaders.

i have made another portal and would like some one to test it if you are willing email me at [email protected] subject flash portal. this portal is awsome but i run a 1.5 psp and want it tested on a 2.7 or 2.71 psp becuse i'm haveing torble hith my psp working. email me.

I'm back form vacation, thanks for your voting guys. We really enjoyed making the game and I can't wait to release the next version.

I also enjoyed many of the other contestants games...athough the skateboard one was really laggy on the psp :Cry:

Ever thought better prizes might get people to enter? ;) Think about it Frozen, I mean I'm not saying that these prizes we are getting is bad, I'm saying that if it had as much "touchable" material as the homebrew contest, It would really start a nice flow of people entering. Thing is the contest would have to be giving almost the exact lengh of time and then spreading the word about it.

Yeah, I thought of that, but this is flash we are talking about lol. All I can offer is free premium memberships, I can't dish out any money myself to afford a good contest (I'm broke right now lol). It's always crossed my mind, but I alone can only do so muc

lol man, I actually liked your game a lot... i think the problem is that it lags so badly... (thats the problem we originaly had and why we took out attack animations). And you also did wierd things like wrap arround and go through objects... Other than that I loved your game!
