Does QJ know what causes the forums to go down at 25 after?

The reason why you're getting the freeze at :45 now is because we've split up some of the hourly tasks that were set to occur at :25 every hour to see which one is causing the glitches... so we're a step closer to getting to the bottom of it. ;)
