Default how to convert ps2 saves to PSV format?

I hope I make sense in this post. I have a memory card adapter for the ps3, a ps3 and some ps2 memory cards(as well as some psone memory cards). I was able to put all my old saves from my ps2 and psone games on my PS3. My question is: How does one take a save file from gamefaqs with the format in ps2 or psone format and put that save file onto the ps3 in psv format. Any help in this would be appreciated. Thank you.

to convert the files from gamefaqs to psv, it would have to talke alot.

first of all you would have to get the ps2 save builder found here http://www.ps2savetools.com/download...details&lid=74

then you would open the the file from gamefaqs and open it with that. extract the contents into a folder thats has the name of the root/id.

after that you put the folder on a usb pen drive

then you would have to have a ps2 that could run the homebrew file manager, launchelf. put the usb pen drive in and copy the folder to the memory card.

then convert the file as regular to the ps3. there are a lot of requirements to do all of this, the hardest to get would be the ps2 with launchelf.

wouldnt you be able to just copy it to the ps3 without moving it to the ps2 harddrive or is there some sort of program you have to use while on the ps2?

you dont need it on a ps2 hard drive, you need it on a ps2 memory card, the only way to do that is to use an action replay or gameshark to transfer the saves from the usb drive, to your ps2 memory card. but on the ps3 the gameshark doesnt recognise usb devices because of the hardware differences.

couldn't you just take the files straight to the ps3 via the pendrive, the same way you upload ps3 files? why wouldn't that work? isn't there like a ps2 (and also ps1) folder you could use?

Could you convert this save to PSV for me?

It's the 6th save down (New Game : Proud Mode , All Items , All Aromor , Infiniti Munny , saved at the beginning of game first save place.) in the PlayStation2 Max Drive Save (North America) list. Here is a link to that page : gamefaqs.com/console/ps2/save/915410.html]Kingdom]Kingdom Hearts II Save Game Files for PlayStation 2 - GameFAQs Hearts II Save Game Files for PlayStation 2 - GameFAQs

This would be most appreciated!
