ok...i think ive made improvements i kept sticking it in and it showed up as a ps2 format disc and i started it, then when it started it just became a black screen totally blank...so what i did was hold down the ps button and kept it at that screen and i could see the playstation 2 startup and then it went back to a pure black screen thats as far as i have gotten...does this help?

ARMax UK Pal does not work, however, Xploder V4 (PS) and Xploder V5 (PS2) work fine at least on my UK PS3 1.6

ARMax comes up with the PlayStation2 Format Disc, but then refers me to the BC list.

Don't know if this has much to do with it, but you know when you boot it up in your ps2 sometimes and it aint picked up as a ps2 disk? Well I think that was what was happening when it appeared as a datadisk so my suggestion would be to keep trying
