uknowme, the slots are to the PS3s that log into your account and not the downloads of each title, so you've actually got one slot on all of them.
EDIT: BTW, I know I only have the above three and Crash Team Racing. I dunno if I have Crash 3, I'll check later. If not, I'll probably look for someone else.

EDIT:Just to give you an example of what I mean. I have downloaded the games at different times so thats why some have 4 activations and others have 2. Pain was one of my earlier purchases and I just bought Megaman 9 and the Pain add-on just last night. I have downloaded pain once myself and have shared it 3 times so that leaves 1 activation left. Whereas the Pain Amusement Park add-on I have just downloaded once myself and haven't shared it with anyone so that leaves 4.

You can attach your PSN account to 5 PS3s.
Let's assume you've only used one PS3. That's four left.
When you someone else logs in, they use up one of those.
It doesn't matter WHAT they download. You can download the game as many times as you like, it's just the account that matters.
Alright so I think I got you now. Basically only 4 other people can log-in under your psn. It doesn't matter what they download it still counts as an activation on there system. So thats why people create multiple psn accounts. Thanks for clearing that up.
