your story is quite confusing, if it's your account, why do you have to ask Scythe for it? from what I understand you traded your other slot to a guy who never gets online anymore, that's not Scythe's fault, but yours, isn't it? I don't see why you'd need to call Sony.
This is what you'll do: change your password as the Opening Post suggests, deactivate your ps3 from account management and reactivate it. If you still get the 2 persons already activated you might have been scammed (by your ex-psn friend).
Anyhow, fix this through psn or instant messenging not the thread, thanks!
