Who unbanned Locoxx? Despite what he claims, I don't abuse my mod powers, he was banned for a reason, different issues with him, he:

-often floods/flooded the forum with unecessary comments or posts

-had already received a temporary ban.

-disappeared in the middle of a discussion we were having on msn in October, which lead to me missing out on getting Assassin's Creed 3 day one (I had to wait 2 weeks thanks to him)

-thinks the accounts slots he is trading for on QJ belong to him and he's free to do whatever with them. I suspect he tried to 1) get multiple slots for the price of one 2) abuse the feedback system to get shaz_ to let him access again the account he traded him and they exchange feedback for.
I replied that their trade was final and he shouldn't delete users (his explanation for wanting to access the account again). OP mentions in bolded red that if you do so, you lose access to the content...

-argued that a banned member should be unbanned just because they were friends or had done business

-trades account slots he doesn't own, in the sense he doesn't know the DOB, security questions that were used, nor completed the games' purchase. His everchanging list(s) of games and the fact he sometimes mentions resells (which is lingo from CAG) will prove my point..
It's frowned upon by most if not all account owners to trade your activation slot to strangers (who wants someone you never met from another forum to access your account?), there were scams or attempts (Jba7x with jlazenby1 for example). He's generally not really bright and/or english isn't his first language, making you often have to repeat several times for him to understand, arguing the utility of such preventive measure (yeah, hard-headed, too :whistle: FYI Locoxx is inspired by loco which means crazy in spanish).

-took a trade from me, I even gave the post destined to me in the ban reason, which basically said "we (this other trader and I) have a deal!".
This, him not paying attention to what was going on in the thread at the time and him again trading a slot of an account hosted by someone else (he will say this person is a friend but it's really someone he exchanged a few messages with on another forum) was the final straw.

Now, if whoever unbanned him feels this isn't worthy of a permanent ban, be my guest and unban him but I feel having him around will lead to more trouble, him being a general nuisance. It'd be nice to tell me about it too, this time... thanks!

sketch_atlantik is actually fournier420, a dirty thief, IP addresses don't lie: he used the same 142.167.51.202 with both profiles.

Looking at msn chats with Locoxx I had forgotten he:

-asked me several times for freebies, or for money (I'm not his friend! added him on msn to try to fix the issue he had with Basics)

-got the ME2 account from Basics, a scammer, and even though it was obviously a stolen account (Basics is from MA, the account from FLA, and it was hosted on CAG where a scammer like Basics wouldn't have lasted long, either), it didn't bother Locoxx to keep it, and he never tried to contact the rightful owner(s):

I meant he asked you to let him download again, which you confirm you did, or he would leave you a neg feedback for a trade that had gone well, hence the -suspected- abuse attempt.

Remember your feedback score doesn't change whether you traded the same person once or a hundred times!

I understand you were in a rush to get Last of Us but:

-you could have least posted deal is off

-I felt normal to chat a bit before giving you my paypal or access my account. I've dodged quite a few scammers this way; also you admitted lurking before joigning and I don't usually trust lurkers. I did ask your skype/aim handle but don't remember seeing you on.

-someone like Locoxx who participates in the thread should read its recent posts and not steal traders!
If his email was "wow sorry meek I didn't see your post won't happen again" I would have let it go, instead it was "but I had the game to trade before!" (yeah but SCP didn't see your week old post and asked for MY paypal!) and not an ounce of remorse (he didn't tribe to bribe me either :whistle: :p)
It's not like it was his first offense or cause of trouble!
