My brother moving out resulted in him no longer letting me use his account at all (which is what I previously wanted to use to GS, since it has hundreds of dollars worth of DLC).

Anyway, I forgot I also have two PSOne games. They're terribad though (so much that I can't even remember their names).

I have paypal, but no credit card results in it not really being an option.
