I offered to pay for the card regardless of whether or not I got the value into my account (I did not) if he could show solid proof that it worked before he sent it.

I'm not necessarily ready to say he tried to scam me, but I am saying the card did not work. Perhaps he was scammed by whoever he got it from.

@J, there were no 0's or O's in the code, and even still, I tried every iteration I could think of.

@Narmonteto, I really don't know what to say about this. I feel like it's impossible that you checked the card before you sent me the code, otherwise you would have seen that the code does not work. On the other hand, maybe it did work for you, and something happened when you checked it. I still don't believe you're a scammer, otherwise you would have wanted me to pay for both cards at the same time (I was buying two, one at a time, at his request). But I can assure you, I would not rip you off. I work my a$$ off, earning my money, so I have respect for other people who earn their own money.

That really sucks. I can assure you that distilled isnt a scammer, maybe try contacting the place you bought them from? How much was the card for? And Id contact them and say you sent the card info to your friend but it wouldnt work when either of you tried using it

their both pretty good games, modern combat is a change from the usual COD, reminds me of ps3's version of counter strike, also dungeon hunter's pretty fun for what it is... id consider searching the gameplay for both games on youtube
