how is this possible, you have the game due to having his acc activated on ur ps3. You should have a fully working copy of MAG, you dont need to get the password back unless you were the one that deactivated his acc off ur ps3 and gave ur friend the slot for MAG instead

I checked, and MAG is shareable fine, no 24h lock! Brendan, have you read the post I made for you? again, you bought only one slot, so it's either for you, OR your friend, not both, and you can play it fine on YOUR account.

all im tryin to do is help make the picture clearer. Everyone else is sharing the game fine so i cant see why this is happening. The only possibility i can see is that ur logging into the username u made which has his email, and if by any chance the password is changed you arnt able to sign in and play it. and someone said here that the password wasn't changed so i dont see the problem. and yes takin a picture of the pop up would help, or even typing out the error code.

His friend ended up with the only slot of MAG&dlc, because swagger thought he was buying 5 slots of MAG (for $10, lmao)! I guess his friend owes him $10...

To swagger: YOUR FRIEND has the only MAG activation (the one justan00b traded you, it was supposed to be for you, NOT your friend!), therefore, it is NOT ACTIVE on your ps3, and you can't play the game. IF you were to get the (new) password, you could then move the slot from your friend's ps3 to yours, like it should have been in the first place, had you read the OPENING POST! make sure you know what you are doing next time!

As in, if you trade someone an account that has 4 games on it, it doesn't matter if they download 1 game, all games, or none, it uses up a slot for that account.

Or perhaps you are listing multiple accounts. If so, it's best to list each account's contents, for clarity.

Only way is to ask someone who has your account on their PS3 to deactivate. And it's important if they agree that they DEACTIVATE and not just DELETE. This is done in account management > system activations on their PS3.
