Hey DiZeo, simply because since the last big maintenance on November 17th, any games bought afterwards have only 2 activations.
And remember, it's accounts you trade, not games! each pre 11/17 account has 5 activations, each post 11/17 account has 2.
Ohhh crap, I should have bought my PS3 earlier :P
At least, we still have 5 slots for any games/accounts bought before! and yeah, I was just thinking now's a bad idea to buy a new ps3. I wanted to, but with the new policy, it's not happening!
