[POLL] Home or In-Game XMB?

jeez...how many people do you think work in the playstation dep. of SONY? You think they might actually be bale to do more than one thing SIMULTANEOUSLY?

Look at it from SONY POV - if they have HOME they have something no-one else has - it gets exposure (it was on the news when it was released so its already started getting publicity) which makes people BUY MORE CONSOLES which is what sony want...

In-Game XMB would be nice to message people when trying to play them online - BUT why don't the games have their own messenger for people in it anyway? (like EA messenger) then I wouldn't care less

HOME good for sharing movies thats about it

I want in-game XMB. I also hope it will work with ps2 games

WOW...this is tough...errr...well, IMHO lol, I don't think the in-game XMB will be as 'cool' as we all think, like some options in the XMB will require you to quit a game, but Home on the other hand, is an excellent 'virtual world' for easier chat, show off your personality, and best of all, bowling!!!

you know in-game messaging has always been a feature. Its just that most developers chose not to integrate it. Same with music.

Home is definently a biggie. Its something that no other platform offers and has a lot of potential.

In Game XMB. There really isn't anything special about Home. Sending messages & friend invites without having to exit the game is way better than Home.

Definitely in-game xmb. I hate it when I get messages, close my game and then see a 'sup' or something. If you wanna be social (which is what Home is really for), go outside or play secondlife.

voted in-game xmb, i just want to listen to my own music on some of the games i play...is that too much to ask sony? i mean i gave you $599 and you cannot even give me that.

I would much rather have home, I don't really have a problem with wanting In-Game XMB, although it would be nice.

In-Game XMB would put the PS3 on par with the 360 in terms of online... Plain and simple.

Please..spare us your fanboy comments :/ DFS was not comparing the PS3 and 360, just their online features and noted how this could potentially level the playing field for 360vsPS3 online..please do not make it anymore than that

Seriously, his words are correct, and so is DFS's. Getting all of 360's online features and more would definitely make it competitive.

In-Game XMB

I really would not need Home for how sparingly I play consoles.

Home seems like something to do during those summer days...no matter what though Home is going to win in the real world.
*Btw I voted for In-game, so I am just putting up a fight for the other guys.

Definitely in-game XMB, Home is looks great and all but an In-Game XMB is an essential component for any online platform.
