I don't know why people say sexy referring to game systems it kinda reminds me of a Family Guy Christmas special when Peter loses the presents and rednecks get ahold of them and the brothers use the VCR and say " Gimme! It's my sexin' machine!" and they fought for it. I'm curious why people refer to electronics as a relation to sex, it scares me.
gamecube is very easy to use and the nr gontroller is a t.v. remote, he should be able to use that.Zitat:

To me its a tie with the 360 and the Revolution. they are both very nice looking!!
I must say I thought the NGC controller was the easyest of the 3 to use, and I just wish it had a little more weight in it, felt like I was holding a feather.
as for next gen I think the Rev controller looks like it will be awesome, its even gonna have a shell for the older controller feel. I would say in second is Xbox's new controller only because its layed out identical to the NGC controller, has anyone else noticed that, it looks like an exact copy!

What the heck are you talking about the GC controllers can hook up to the NR. Unless I miss something. What they are going to do is create a controller that resembles the GC but stick the remote in the middle of the controller. Besides if the keep the NR that small of size it would be possible to have controller ports.Zitat:

You guys do know that Spiderman and SM2 are both Sony movies, right? They're not ripping off the font. It's their freakin' font. And when did batarangs stop being cool. I like the PS3's controller. As far as looks, anyway--haven't gotten to touch it, so no clue on ergonomics. And I don't think the foreman grill thing is all that bad. If there weren't any foreman grills, would the PS3 still be "ugly?" I mean, are foreman grills ugly, or are you guys hatin' cuz it looks like something else, even though that something isn't ugly?
Anybody that's read any of my posts before knows I hate the look of the 360. Gotta' say, though, I saw some pics of 360 prototypes that were progressively more and more like what the 360 ended up looking like and I did like the last one. http://www.next-gen.biz/index.php?op...=1550&Itemid=2
[EDIT]: Correction: it was the second-to-last one I liked--the metallic one. It was almost the same, hourglass shaped (I suppose that's supposed to be a subtle 'x') but instead of the front curving into the sides, there was a hard edge. I thought that looked better.
Last, but not least, I am a sucker for blue glows. I never got around to case modding my xbox, but if I had, I'd have replaced the green light with blue and had blue neon shining out the vents. I love blue glow. For that, the Rev gets my vote on sexiest, even though it's lowest on my purchase list. Also it's sleek and black. The tilted verticle setup looks dang cool, too. Ugly controller, though. I mean, I think it has potential and from what I've heard it could actually be a dream to use, but it doesn't get ANY style points.
What's that? Is the PS3 sexy? Why, the PS3 is. . .it's like sex itself. And the controller, too. Can't wait to hold it.
I really don't find boomerangs cool or sexy...and grills...aren't sexy.
I'm still going to buy a ps3...not because it looks sexy...but because of what it is "supposed" to be able to do.

I'm still waiting for a solid arguement as to why PS3 is ugly. Yes, it's opinion, but I'd like to know what, if anything, the opinion is based on. I personally like the indented disc drive and the nice clean lines, and the kind of oval shape is ok. Also I like the SONY font (Spiderman borrowed it from them, not the other way around, since Spiderman was made by Sony) and batarang controller. Whoa. We've got Spiderman and Batman references here. Now they should make a big superman logo with a 'P' on the side and give it some wolverine claws. Nah, give Xbox the claws. They're the ones using the letter 'x' to try to make themselves seem edgy or Xtreme or something.
both will be good. id be getting the xbox360 first even if they came out at the same time.
