I am in the 360 camp. Not because of the grill thing, but i was never a big fan of slot loading devices. way too many things can go wrong with them. Plus i like the 360's looks. i think its stylish and subtle at the same time.

Hairycoch, perhaps you're not understanding my meaning. I worded it that way because it sorta' rhymes. I said the 360 looks girly, like some kind of girl's accessory or something. I don't think it looks like a girl per se, though if it did, that might creep me out and make me not want to buy it.
Does that clear things up?

I've already replied on that issue, nvq. I worded it that way in my sig, cuz it sort of rhymes (admittedly girl/grill is a sloppy rhyme). If you read it and use a mote of intelligence, you would realize I am not saying it looks like a girl, but that it looks feminine. Feminine like a purse, or a watch with a thin band, as opposed to a watch a man would wear with a thick band. I just don't go for things with happy-looking curvy lines like that. I prefer the PS3's sleekness, where it still has hard edges, and I already mentioned that I liked one of the 360 prototypes that looked mostly the same as the final one, but with hard edges. Softening it up (rounding off the edges and making it look cuter) is obviously an attempt to make it appeal to a broader demographic, which is fine, I guess, but it makes it appeal less to me. It's ipod style. When I see ipods it looks like something a girl would have. Or a sissy.
They both look alright, cant complain, it's the games im worried about.

The funny thing is that if you saw me, I'm of average masculinity. Generally, "masculine" isn't the first word to spring to mind when describing gamers, I guess. Well, if you put a chocobo on the outside case of either one then they will both be a lot more sexy. Maybe add on Shiva and then your onto a winner. At the end of the day who buys a console for what it looks like? Its the games that make a system.
