exactly, like I said before, the picture seems off, some of the other pictures show the difference in a better relation. 1 inch taller is 1 inch taller, that picture suggest 3-5 inch... why?

considering the PS3 is suppose to be 1 inch thicker and taller than the X360, it means that the PS3 is 1/2 inch thicker and taller (vertical wise) than the Orig Xbox, and that the Orig Xbox is only 1/2 inch thicker and taller (vertical wise) than the X360. then that either means that both the Orig Xbox and X360 are also huge, or people are just blowing things all out of proportion, don't even bring up the design and the price, as this isn't what the thread is about.

if the X360 were the size of the slimline PSTwo, then sure, I would agree that the PS3 is huge in comparison, but as it is, it isn't really that much bigger than the X360, and even less so compared to the Orig Xbox. the orig PS2, Xbox, the X360 and the PS3 (presuming the size stays the same) are all huge if you ask me.

lets replace the slimline PSTwo with the Wii, making it a comparison between the 3 new consoles, if the PS3 is huge compared to the X360, then what word would you describe the difference between them two to the Wii? considering the difference between the X360 and PS3 is only slight compared to the compact Wii.

those dimensions are off, i think the ps3 is bigger than in the picture, or the 360 is smaller.

anybody else hate sony loving spiderman? remember e32005? on the ps3, instead of playstation 3, they had spiderman 3. and now they are still using the same font.

Not liking the Spiderman font either. Also does the size of the console really matter?

Guys this isin't a HAND HELD were talking about WHO the F*** cares how big it is? They say the PS6 will be a holodeck lol I still won't care if it's as big as a room as long as it kicks A**.

There are many people who would disagree with you.

Not everyone owns a mansion...

last gen the xbox was critized for being huge(even sony themsevles did the critizing)

In future I suggest you read through the thread before replying. If you had you'd have seen my post that shows that the size actually is important for both me and many others.

Loving spiderman, it's their movie so yeah they probably do tend to like it. I just wish they would just put PS3 on it instead.

I did read those posts and got nothing out of it. A PC can out do most LAP TOPS any day and guess what? PCS ARE BIGGER who cares. If you want power you need space, the PS2 was big and heavy and it was awesome. This will work trust me.

What do you mean it will work?

at launch, almost everybody had a VHS player. thats why he said "at the time", he doesnt mean now, he meant then.
