Spatz-tech in Germany makes HDCP compliant (not just pass-through) HDMI splitters and switches. The switch performs the AKE handshake and you can then use a hdmi->dvi cable to connect to your display, with 1080p passed through digitally. At the mirrored outputs the signal is HDCP free.
They get around the DMCA by keeping the signal digital, it never goes analog. The switch I have been looking at also has coax and toslink breakout for the 4 hdmi inputs, with a pair of mirrored outputs.
Not cheap, though. But very yummy!
