Default Boot out of YDL

When you are in ydl and you want to quit ydl back to the game os
i just want to know this before i install YDL

Another thing im conused on is that it has been said that you cant Use the PS3s Wifi you can only use ethernet and as i said im talking about YDL linux

Yes you can only use etherent and to boot to the PS3 OS type boot-game-os or hold the power button for like 5 seconds.

Hmm well im using a netgear wireless router not connected at the ethernet cable

Does this mean i cant do it

does the router have any ethernet ports to connect to?


you'd need to connect the ps3 to your internet directly with the black cable that it comes with, or to the router if you can use it

Yes it has the ethernet connector but its downtairs and the ps3 is upstairs and the ps3 room has no phone line

You can buy something like this http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage....=1125238693680 I do not know how well it works, but it might be worth a shot if you don't want to run cables.
