Re-format the HD?

Not sure if a full reformat is needed?, If you are asking how it boots into linux without the flash or cd in the drive, the answer is because the kboot is stored in the etc folder,
The ps3 looks in 4 places for a boot file. (not sure of order) 1) etc 2) BD drive 3) flash 4) external drive Hold down the refresh button for about 5 seconds till you hear some beeps to reset the boot back to ps3 |
