for the playstation2-linux was an commant you typed in, and than when you shutdown your playstation2 by pushing the off button, it shuts down linux on a proper way and turns the ps2 off. is this also possible for the ps3? i'm worried when i try it on the ps3, it will crash.or is it possible when you push the off button, it will shut down (when you're in linux) your ps3 in a proper way? without having trubbles or getting problems.

Druk gewoon op de "off" knop,
Dan zend hij alle app's het KILL signaal

I just reboot to PS3 with the boot-game-os command because I use the PS3 OS more so I make it default everytime before turing it off.

you can use

shutdown -h now
