I have recently installed YDL on my PS3.. and I just bought a Logitech DiNovo Media Desktop Laser..
This kit conists of a keyboard, mouse and a "mediapad". I am now trying to get this to work in YDL, I started by installing bluetoothdrivers with "yum install bluez*".. then I push the connectbutton on my three devices, and use "hcitool scan" to find out the addresses to them.
I then use "hidd --connect [ADRESS]" for each of the devices, and it works great.. I also added the "hidd --connect [ADRESS]" to my rc.local in order to make this automatically during bootup. I reboot, and the mouse and mediapad works great, but the keyboard is not working.
I checked the /var/log/messages for something that could give me an indication of what was wrong, but the only thing it said was that it added the mouse and mediapad.. no error about the keyboard..
When I try to add it manually with "hidd --connect [KEYBOARD]" when it has been idle for a while.. I get an errormessage: "Cant get device information: host is down". I then push the connectbutton on the keyboard and try again and it works fine.
I have checked "chkconfig --list" and the bluetooth is on runlevel 2,3,4 and 5. I have also tried adding the keyboard to "/etc/bluetooth/rfcomm.conf" with bind yes and the deviceadress.. but no luck..
My thought now is that all devices must be in connectmode during boot, in order to get them working without having to manually connect them with hidd --connect, using another keyboard :)
But that can't be, there must be some other way of solving this.
I am desperate for your help!
