Hey guys. Before i get blasted im really sorry for this but there's a few things im not getting for linux installation.

ok first off i was wondering if i could do all of this with a mem stick pro duo from my psp by copying it to my psp. (im pretty good with the whole homebrew thing -emus and such- so im not completely stupid.) or do i need disks and if so which disks do i need? (from what i hear gentoo is the best so i guess ill go with that)

second how do i get it running from my xmb once i get it to my ps3.

and also i was wondering if i didnt need a keyboard that was USB b/c i dont have one.

Again im really sorry but i really didnt understand the tutorial very well.

If you are new,
I would go for Ubuntu 7.14.
Easier to install imo.

really? can i still play emulators?

its linux... 99% of linux distos on a computer will allow you to play emulators.

ok. Uhh im assuming i need a CD-R. Will a DVD+R work (this is assuming i can burn linux on a disk. I can right?)

ps. Warped Tour was fun wasn't it?

Download the PS3(!) ISO and burn it on a CD...
There is a good guide in the section of teh forums somewhere.
