i have no idea how to use linux...or what are the benifits of using the said OS...i wanted to kno what is the newest/best linux iteration. I want to try it out and see whats it all about.

If you are completely new to Linux I would suggest using Ubuntu because its the most "noob-friendly" one out there.

cool, is it hard to change from one linux to another? because im guessing that once i get the hang of it im gonna wanna change to a more "advanced" form of linux. thnx for the quick reply to!

To change linux distros just format your harddrive.

linux is great for emilation of n64 ps1 NES SNES GENESIS SMS and any other classic console out they're!
