I've been looking at mutliple different distros, and Fedora Core 5 appeals to me, the only problem is that there isn't any Wifi support.

does anyone know of a custom built kernel or patch which will allow FC5 to use the PS3's Wifi card?

you need fc6 you cannot go wireless on fc5 i hear fc6 has problems so stick with fc5 . there is no patched kernel as far as i know

Well that sucks i'll have to buy an Ethernet cable

Plus you can't even install something without it needing to connect to the internet first, which sucks even more!!

either just get fc6 gentoo or ubuntu

I was going to get Ubuntu aswell then I heared of a few bugs it has in the installer so I stayed clear from that and got FC5 instead as it seemed quite popular
