Hi i have a few questions

List of of linux distros that can run on the ps3

What one is the best

what one do you have

what one is the easiest to install

which one is the hardest to install

and about how much space do they take up

ps i am getting a 80 gb ps3 for christmas

How many Linux Distros?
Just 1 at a time on any PS3.

What Distro is the best?
Not 100% sure which one but Fedora Core 5 and Ubuntu seem to be the best.

What Distro do I have?
At the moment i've got Fedora Core 5 because YDL sucked!

What Distro is easier to install?
Umm, not completely sure, all the Linux distros are a bit tricky to get up and running, but there are plenty of setup guides around.

Each distro has a similar level of difficultness setting them up, but they shouldn't be hard to install if you read the guides carefully.

How much space do the Linux Distros take up?
You choose that when you go to the 'Format Utility', it asks you to either allocate 10GB to Linux and the rest to the PS3, or 10GB to the PS3 and the rest to Linux, you decide.

ok one more what ones support wifi i think i heard the only one is fedora is that true

Yellow Dog Linux 5.0.2 has implemented PS3 Wifi, and I think other distros might have patches and custom kernels you can download, but not all of them

I heard somewhere that Ubuntu had wireless now. Can anyone confirm that?
