ok im lost....which one is the best? is there a guide for the newest version? i think its 6.0 or something....im lost

There are different distros such as Yellow Dog Linux (YDL), Ubuntu, Fedora and so on.
YDL 6.0 is the newest one of its distro, and it is also the one mostly supported by Sony so it has the most access to the PS3's hardware such as wireless capabilities and use of 6 out of 8 of its processors...

yeah YDL is the best bet.

Yeah it It has a little to many restrictions, for that just keep all the partition space for the PS3
But it is kinda cool to turn the PS3 into a computer...

anyone know if ydl6 works with the ps3 controller(5.0.1 did, but 5.0.2 didn't, so Im wandering if they fixed it)
