i can't install ydl6 for some reason. I burned the DVD and installed the new kboot from the otheros.bld on the DVD. however, the kboot won't recognize any of the new install commands, the only thing it recognizes is the new command to return to the gameos.

im trying to install it over an installation of fedora 8 btw.

i think im getting the same problem
completely formatted mt ps3 and partitioned it. i get to the kboot but then it just hangs...
