Default Fedora Core 5 Question

I recently put fedora on my ps3 and it is working smoothly and I have PSCX2 (PS2 emulator) but when I try to run the install program all it says is "Couldn't display "/root/Desktop/Pcsx2_0.9.4_Setup.exe"." I've never used linux before this so I really have no clue what to do. Any help on how to correctly open and run this file would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you.

first off you need a linux version of pcsx2 if that even exists, .exe files only work on windows. linux is entirely different. and second it wont work anyways. in the ps3 linux, the hypervisor prevents you from using the graphics cars full extent, so you can only emulate up to maybe N64? maybe not even that.
