hi everyone im a noob,but i need help on installing fidora on my ps3 when i get to the part that asks to install the addon disk ,it will cancel the installation before i can do anything.could someone plz help me

Here's what you do. Once you begin to install fedora core... do not touch anything. Don't hit the keyboard, don't plug or unplug anything, and don't mess with the sixaxis. I had this same problem the first time I installed it. You might be tempted to mess with the keyboard because of two hours of install, but don't do it.

The other problem could be the way you burned your fedora core cd. I had to reburn my fedora core cd at a lower speed before it would right.
