Default No login prompt for ydl

Ok, so I finally found a copy of ydl floating around the interweb. I actually just finished installing it and it took half the time of installing fedora core.

Anyways, I just clicked ok to reboot the ps3 and now there is a problem. After the ps3 boots linux, there is no login prompt for ydl. I can see the kboot message and I tried not pressing anything, typing in startx, and few other commands. All that happens is the screen goes black and the ps3 just sits there.

I am using a composite connection to my 480i tv and I read about the fix on yellowdog's website, but it says to boot the gtaphic interface you need the login prompt. Any help would be appreciated.

at the kboot, you can hit TAB, and cycle through all the options you can input... or alternatively, just type "ydl480i". This will get you to a text based login screen. From there you can apply TerraSoft's fix.
