Hi all. I've installed FC5 just as all the sites say to. I log in with Root, and enter my password. Then I enter startx to start up the gui and i get a command not found message.

Anything i'm missing?

Eh, not really.

This is after I log in as root.

(root@localhost is where I put in StartX and it says command not found.

I don't think that the ydl fix will work for him because he's using Fedora Core 5.

Check out this vid of a guy from 1up.com doing a FC5 overview tutorial on the PS3 and see if he covers anything that you might be missing. http://www.gamevideos.com/video/id/7770

But it was a good video, despite his annoying "funny" remarks.

Hm. Well, I went ahead and reinstalled linux and it's working fine so far. Thanks for your help.
