Question YellowDog Linux 5.0 Installation Issue - Help!

I just got my copy of YDL 5.0, and when I go to install it, I get a screen with all this text and it just stops at the "kboot:" command.

These are the steps I have done:

1. Partitioned my 60GB PS3 HDD (10GB for linux the rest for PS3 OS)

2. Installed the bootloader

3. Set the default OS to "Other OS"

4. Inserted the YDL 5.0 DVD

5. Restarted the system

Now I'm at the screen with all the text telling me my input devices and drives, but it just stops at the "kboot" command. I read in the installation instructions that after 10 seconds it is supposed to automatically initiate the "install" command and start installing. This hasn't happened. I've tried entering various comands such as "install", "installtext", "rescue", and "rescuetext" but I keep getting this:

kboot: install
/init: eval: 1: install: not found
kboot:

How do I get it to install? Is there anything I'm doing wrong? By the way my display is 480i, 480p, 720p and 1080i capable and my PS3 is connected through HDMI. Thanks in advance.

"install-fc sda" is only for fedora.
If you're installing yellow dog, you need to download their otheros.bld file and use that instead of the original one for fedora (direct linking didn't seem to work, so just copy and paste this line):
www.terrasoftsolutions.co m/support/install/ps3/otheros.bld
Once you get to the kboot screen, you can 'tab' through the different install options
