Okay, I have just installed Yellow Dog Linux on an SDTV. Via the patch on terrasofts website.
However Linux STILL won't boot. It will get to the part where it loads A list of all of the individual componenets, followed by green text on the right side of the screen reading [OK]. The first two files seem to load fine. But the 3rd does not however.
The file is called something like "etc/ sys intec" There is A little more to it. But I can barely read the blurry text on my SDTV. And it dissapears before I can even squint to read it.
Now after it gives me an error on that file. The screen quickly goes blank. And that's where I'm stuck. I've tried using the rescuetext command on the kboot screen but that suffers from the same problem.
About the only thing I can do is get back to the YDLtext screen. Is there anyway I can replace the file from there?
Thank's in advance for all of your help.
