What the title says. I dont know if a demo like this could push the sales of the PS3 but I bet some of you are intrigued. Not a big fan of the series but a demo is a demo.

With the current games out for PS3 Id say almost any game is worth a download. This hasnt been confirmed yet though so it might not show it's face on the PSN.

I hope thats true about the FF XIII demo. Too bad late this year probably means FF XIII wont be out this year in the US =/

For not being a Baseball fan I actually found the demo pretty good. Graphics could be better and same with the batting aspect but after playing a few games and going through all the tips I found it enjoyable. I was getting pissed because I couldnt figure out how to run the bases properly but once I went through all the tips I got the hang of it in no time.

Definitely not a buy for a person like me but it makes me want to check out the next MLB game. A lot of people are anticipating The Show.

**First post updated with a little guide on how to create a foreign account to dl Super Rub a Dub and other content that the UC/C store dont have. I played it last night and wasnt too impressed with it, although that was at 3:30 in the morning so Ill give it another try. I liked Hot Shots 5 though. If you havent created a foreign account yet I recommend you go for it, it's super easy!!**

I am still trying to figure out how to "thrust" the SIXAXIS like the MLB demo told me to. I just can't seem to be able to time it right... even though I got a Home Run once just for... swinging the controller. (literally)

2k7 was a real step up from last year, definetly a good game, but to truely enjoy the demo switch to classis controls.

Yes, anything you download can be viewed/played by any other user. You can even switch users during a download and it will keep downloading.

hmm, i know it's been said before but i'll say it again as this thread seems most appropriate.

When purchasing games from playstation store (ps3 ones), DO NOT DELETE THE ACCOUNT USED TO PURCHASE THE GAME, if you do, the purchased game will not work anymore!
Make 3 accounts that you keep on permanently, one for us/canada, one for asia, and one for europe, then a fourth account for playing them all, never delete the three regional accounts and you'll be just fine.

But you would've thought that they'd have easily put over most of the items from the US store to the EU store at or before the actual EU launch

If they did that then there would be a long duration of "nothing new" until they had something actually new to release, pacing the eu releases keeps the flow of releases steady, even if they're old.

Besides, it doesn't take a genius to make a us / eu / asia account.

4 or 5 new trailers have been added to US PSN including a tasty high quality ratchet and clank vid, probably 60 fps i didnt bother looking, other than that a coming soon banner for rubadub and calling all cars

The Ratchet and Clank trailer is at 30FPS, I think... but it sure does look good. By the way, did any of you check out the "This is living" ads of the PS3 on the EU PSN? They are so awesome!

(Much like the ad for Sony's HDTV... the one with the buildings and paint)
