Just read on QJ about how the Church of England has responded to the level in the game with the church in it and how they want an apology, the games to be taken off the shelves and may threaten with legal action.
In my opinion i think the whole have a go at games/gamers thing has gone a bit too far now.
Ok, so a church has been put in a game where guns are used inside it but its against monsters (monsters arn't real).
And i dont see why they are complaining, i think the church level looked awsome how they designed it, it allowes people who cant get to places like that or dont have the time to see what architecture that building has (that is, if the game is accurate) if it was my church i wouldnt be complaining.
Also for them to note that, one fo their people must have played the game or picked up a copy OR have been browsing screenshots of the game/reading reviews so they must play games like that too.
I dont get it, games are harmless in my opinion.
Edit: Just wanted to add that i am not against religion in anyway.
