[RELEASE] GTA Cheat Device Pack 3.03 OE-C V2

Its been awhile since my other 2.71 SE pack has been unsupported for a long time so now I back again with new (Lua) flasher. I sure you that this does not brick your psp. I try it on a clean 3.03 OE-C psp. I just made this for noobs that are scare to use USB flash0 or Frustration. So here it is, back again and out of coldbird's UMF.

Thanks for downloading this device pack. This pack helps
flash prx's of vcscheatdevic.prx and lcscheatdevic.prx
to your psp without any Frustration or brick your psp.

Before we get started. do not try to installed both VCS
& LCS cheatdevice or else the game wont function or no
sound. Do not installed any other firmwares, this is only
for Dark_AleX 3.03 OE-C. If you have any prx's loaded in
your pspbtcnf_game.txt, this program will overwrite it!

I did not make the cheat device! Edison Carter made it! I
just pack it! thats all!

+How to install+
++++++++++++++++

Turn on your psp. (must have over 30% Charged)

Go to settings > USB Connection

Go to My Computer> PSP drive.

Drag the only 2 folders called 'PSP' & 'cheats' off the
zip to the root of the psp drive.

Get on your psp and exit usb connection.

Go to game and memory stick

This pack should be the very first one to open.

volla there you go, just pick which cheat device you want.

when i copy the 2 folders (PSP and cheats) to the root its going to replace with the PSP folder on my memory stick? wtf?

when you click yes it will just add the files, not replace the entire PSP folder. your fine

Plugins never work for me ether.

what kind of mem stick do you have?
and could this be done with other plugins?

Put the folders 'cheats' and PSP' in the root of your mem stick and launch the app chose which game you want to use it with then click
install ___city stories cheat and it takes like 2secs then click start and there you go launch your game

I did all of that, exactly what u said but still nothing. I think its just a piece of rubbish app

Well it worked for me

After you press x to flash it, it won't do anything so watch the data led to see if it's working

can't i just put the prx file for vcs in the plugin folder and run it from there instead of flasing it to my psp.that is what i used for lcs.i find it much safer...........sudeki300

yeah the prx's are on the vcs and lcs folder.

you need to do something else I forgot to the prx on the plugins folder. game.txt I think

yes can be done by other plugins but theres a lil bit of a problem unstall which I will work on v3.

so you said plugins don't work for you cause of your mem stick.
Have you found another way to use them? cause i have the same problem
that's why i love this app i can still use cheatdevice
without carrying around a 32mb sony stick and my 1gb lexar! thanks!

Yeah thats right! this will flash in your flash0 without installing it on different memory stick and if you want to stick to LCS and dont got a computer near you, you can use this program.

Whenever I try to use something like the loop.txt or twister.txt it always freezes, can I fix this in any way?

i wonder if this will lead to a cwcheat.prx flasher like you did like you did with grand theft auto cheat device. Most of us who has non-sony brand memory sticks would like it.

sorry for beeing a noob, but when I load the plugin, the PSP is just like when it's bricked. and when I use the program, the game stops when loading!

what am I doing Wrong?

ok..

1st: screen is BLACK by DEFAULT... no need for solid BLACK BG.png
2nd: when you use dofile you dont have to make your variables again etc...
dofile is like opening code inside the code...
