It's a compressed file where all the bgm from Jewel Summoner is.

Does anyone know how to open it? I tried WinRar and 7-Zip but they can't extract it.

Filext has never heard of it (link), so I'd have to say you're out of luck. Sorry.

The file is most liekly mis-named. There are some extensions 1 letter waway from that.

rar
jar

And possibly a few more. Try renaming hte extension and opening with WinRAR.

Actually, try it with 7-Zip, which you said you have. It can open more formats.
