Default Game Ideas

As requests aren't allowed, and for good reason, a game idea thread is similar, but doesn't break the rules (as the game idea in question isnt being requested, rather stated).

Ive googled for a couple forums specializing in this:

NOTE
You must supply sufficient information about your game idea to the point of which most, if not all, aspects ofhte game are covered, else your just spamming

@mods - If you find a problem with this thread, please state why. Ive thought about this thread carefully, and it doesnt break any rules, as these game ideas aren't being requested, just being thrown out there for any developer for any console (or even as a board game in real life) to look at. If you hvae a worthy reason for this thread not to exist, please state which rule this break. Thanks for your cooperation.

Spherical Pong

Combines circular and 3-dimensional pong into one. Rather than having goals, each player's paddle, once hit the ball, the ball turns to the color of that player's paddle, and if it goes out of the sphere playing field, that player gets a point,as the other player failed to reach the ball intime and keep it within the sphere playing field. Your paddle would be a curved rectangular prism that slides along the sphere playing field surface area. The sphere ball bounces off the paddle once the 2 collide (correct angle of deflection would be nice).

I like the sound of that spherical pong.

Design and implementation of the controls would be a key factor to it.

2d Counter Strike: Zombie mod. Each team, (Counter Terrorist and Terrorist) have to work together to stay alive. Each team starts out normal, look for a good place to hide, make it so that certion blocks can be moved when shot. Allowing for some sort of blockade. about 10 seconds into the round one of the Players (team doesn't matter) Randomly turns into a zombie. He can now only use his knife, to knife others. If you get knifed, you will turn into a zombie aswell. The one's who survive for about 2-3 minutes (time might be editable at options) Wins. New round starts.

(if/when the cspsp Developer releases his source, I might do this myself)

BlackShark - Yeah, Id consult nataku (CSPSP author?) about that as a gametype. Itd make for a great update :-p

yaustar - 52 ideas on one page = great!

IWN - The controls would take time to get used to (hold left long enough and youll be going right :P)

Mr305 - It's from FMA (more specifically, Ed carved "Don't Forget 3.Oct.10" on the inside of his state alchemist pocket watch. That is the date that He and Al burnt down their home. It's a reminder for them to keep moving forward and not turn back, as they have no where to go back to.

Mr305 - Im actually working on porting Drakojan Skies (Mission 3). now, it's not so much a port than a complete remake, as its orignaly created in Flash, and the PSPs flash player cant handle it's size nor flash version.

Desktop Tower Defense would be great to have on the PSP. It's like an RTS but much simpler. You place towers with different firing abilities on your field as invaders storm your land. It's pretty addictive.
